You’re here because something on the last page felt familiar. Maybe it was the sleep that doesn’t restore. Maybe it was the pattern you can see but can’t seem to stop. Maybe it was the gap between how your life looks and how it actually feels. This page is about the person behind it.

A Little Bit About Me

Naturopathic doctor. Nervous system specialist. Founder of THE COHERENCE

Here’s What I’ve Learned.

NOTHING IN YOU IS BROKEN

The survival patterns you carry aren’t proof that something is wrong with you. They’re proof that something happened to you... and you adapted. That adaptation kept you going. It just wasn’t designed to be permanent.

THE BODY REMEMBERS WHAT THE MIND MOVED PAST.

That’s where the pattern lives. Not in your thoughts. In your nervous system.

HEALING IS NOT A CORRECTION. IT'S A COMPLETION.

The parts carrying old wounds don’t need to be removed. They need what they were never given: to be seen, felt, and integrated.

I’m Dr. Julia Bitton, N.D.

I’m a naturopathic doctor specializing in nervous system regulation, with a clinical background in neurofeedback and brain-wave mapping. I built THE COHERENCE after years in private practice watching a pattern that wouldn’t stop repeating: smart, capable people doing everything “right”... reading the books, building the habits, showing up for therapy... and still feeling stuck in the same loops.

Not because they lacked information. Because nothing they’d tried had come down to the level where the pattern actually lived.

THE COHERENCE is the platform I built to close that gap. Nervous system regulation, behavior-pattern training, guided practices, and the deeper inner work... all in one place, all guided by me.

And if you’ve ever tried to meditate, spent the whole time thinking about what’s for dinner... I get it. I’ve been there too. The app is still on my phone. Somewhere on page three. There’s a reason this practice is different. But we’ll get to that.

THIS IS MY STORY.

I was always the one who handled things. Showed up. Figured it out. Kept moving... well enough that nobody thought to check on me. Why would they? Everything looked fine. I had built a very convincing version of fine.
Then came the years that tested everything I thought I was made of. A divorce that left no visible marks... the kind that’s quietly designed to make you believe, with absolute certainty, that everything that went wrong was your fault. And for a long time, I did believe it. Through all of it, I was building my practice from the ground up and raising two boys who became, without question, the greatest reason I had to keep going. Not as a burden. As a calling.
Here’s the part I don’t skip over: the doom-scroll that started as five minutes ended somewhere near midnight. The loop of “tomorrow I’ll do better”... meant every single time. Over and over. What does it mean when someone who knows exactly what to do still can’t stop the loop?
It means the crisis didn’t create the pattern. It revealed it. Long before any of it... in a childhood where emotional neglect taught me that I didn’t matter... I had already learned a set of survival patterns. As a child, I learned to survive the environment I was given.
That’s when I understood: I wasn’t broken. I was wounded. And there is a difference that changes everything.
The healing happened through a process I’d been studying clinically for years but had never applied to my own life: to reveal the wound, and then to actually feel it. Not from a safe distance. Fully, with support... so it could finally complete what it had been trying to do all along. Reveal it. Feel it. Heal it.
That process became the foundation of everything I now do... and I bring every layer of it into every practice I guide.

MY APPROACH

Most approaches give you “the what.” I give you “the how.”

Not the how of better habits or stronger willpower. The how of actually reaching the level where the pattern lives... the nervous system, the survival responses, the parts that formed before you had a choice and have been running quietly in the background ever since. Behavior is downstream. I work at the source.

Here’s what that looks like in practice:

The starting point is the nervous system. The Quantum ReSet is a guided practice and meditation... not a mindfulness exercise. It uses breath, intention, and focused attention to train your system to shift out of fight-or-flight and into rest-and-digest... the state where your body actually recovers.

Think of it as training the switch, not just managing the moment.

From there, the practice goes deeper when you’re ready. Behavioral patterns, emotional loops, the ego, shadow, inner child... the parts of you that have been running the show from the shadows. They don’t need to be removed. They need what they were never given: to be seen, felt, healed, and integrated.

You can access this through guided courses, 1:1 coaching, or the practice library inside THE COHERENCE. There’s no fixed sequence. It begins where you actually are.

Coherence: connected... consistent... aligned. Your nervous system, your emotions, and your thoughts... functioning together instead of pulling in different directions. That’s what this practice moves you toward. You stop surviving your life and start being in it.

TESTIMONIALS.

What people notice when something finally reaches the pattern.
"I’d been in therapy for years and understood everything intellectually. What I couldn’t figure out was why I kept ending up in the same place anyway. Within a few weeks of working with Dr. Julia, something clicked that no amount of talking had managed to reach. I started noticing the pattern while it was happening... and for the first time, I had something to do with that."

"I didn’t realize how long I’d been running on empty until I wasn’t anymore. The sleep changed first. Then I noticed I was making decisions from a different place... less reactive, less of that low-grade dread that I’d just accepted as normal. It didn’t happen all at once. But it happened."
